Brad's been in the electrical industry for 30 years, with 20 years of that on the tools as an electrician. As a NAIT Electronics Engineering Technologist, Brad has worked on various electrical control systems such as motor drives and Building Automation. His bias is towards understanding the curriculum as it works in the field. Brad hones his skill as an Information Broker, bridging teams from engineering to construction, design to execution.
Brad's work is a synergy of teaching power systems to Engineers and Plant Electricians with estimating & crafting construction proposals.

Doron is a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician with 12 years of experience in Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. In addition, Doron also has over 20 years experience as an IT professional.
This gives him a unique position in both fields. Before his Electrical career, Doron was in the IT field for over 10 years. As also a Comptuter Technologist, Doron has held various positions in Computer repair, assembly, software installation, customer service, desktop support, basic network setup and network management.
Jayden brings a unique blend of software development prowess and electrical expertise to the table at Openstar. With a foundation rooted in hands-on experience in software development, Jayden's skill set spans across across JavaScript, C#, Python, and Rust. His journey led him to pursue a certificate in web development at SAIT, further honing his abilities in in crafting dynamic solutions.

Dr. Fournier is an accomplished executive and senior scientist, with a 15-year track record in the oil sands, power generation, environmental science and agricultural industries, both in Canada and in United States.
His career has afforded him an exposure to a diverse range of exciting technology development projects, where he enjoyed fulfilling leadership roles with numerous capital projects, each more than $100 million.
Dr. Fournier`s formal graduate training was in chemical physics, with a focus on solid state electrochemistry specific to hydrogen fuel cells and battery technologies and his undergraduate training was in physics and environmental chemistry.
Currently, Dr. Fournier lives 100 km east of Calgary near the village of Rockford, where he and his family own and operate a ranch along Service Berry Creek.
